The mission of the Skiatook Animal Control is to provide the citizens of Skiatook with effective and cost efficient Animal Control Services by active enforcement of State and local laws, the humane sheltering and disposal of stray and unwanted animals, and the promotion of responsible pet ownership and animal welfare.

The Animal Control Officer (ACO) is charged with the enforcement of the Ordinances of the Town of Skiatook relating to the control, leashing, tagging and apprehension of animals, fowl and reptiles.
