Skiatook Police Department Records Division is responsible for maintaining all records for the Skiatook Police Department and will provide records upon request and filing of an open records act request.

The records Division is available for records requests from 8 am to 4 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  For information on a record or request for records contact 918-396-2424.

Melanie Thompson is the Records Clerk and Property/Evidence Room Manager for the Skiatook Police Department.  She came to work for the Department in 2007, as a Dispatcher/Jailer.  She is a certified Jailer, OLETS certified and CPR certified.   In an effort to create a legacy for her sister who was kidnapped and murdered in May of 1999, Melanie has worked diligently and been involved in issues regarding missing children.  In April of 2004, she was invited by President George W. Bush to the White House for the Rose Garden signing of the National Amber Alert Plan.
